Application

In industrial applications, Enzalutamide is mainly used to treat adult patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). It is indicated for the treatment of metastatic CRPC in adult patients who have previously received docetaxel. The dosage form and strength are 40 mg capsules, commercially available as Xtandi (EnzalutaMide). The recommended oral dose is 160 mg once daily.
