Fmoc-L-IsoAsn-OH is a derivative of amino acid, where "Fmoc" refers to 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl, "L" refers to the left-handed, "IsoAsn" refers to isoserine, "OH" refers to alcohol. This compound is usually used in the synthesis of peptides and proteins, especially those containing non-natural amino acids.

 

In the synthesis of peptides and proteins, Fmoc-L-IsoAsn-OH can be used as a solid-phase synthesis precursor of isoserine.
