Application
Fmoc-D-Trp(Boc)-OH is a cleavable ADC linker that is used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). ADCs consist of three components: an antibody that recognizes tumor cell surface antigens, an ADC cytotoxin that exerts a cytotoxic effect, and an ADC linker that attaches the cytotoxin to the antibody.
