Application

Firstly, compound l is oxidized to yield compound m, which is (R)-2-formylpyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester.
 

Subsequently, compound m undergoes a reductive amination reaction with compound d to produce compound n, namely (R)-2-((4-(4-carbamoyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl)methyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester.

Finally, compound n reacts with hydrochloric acid to remove the protecting group, resulting in the target compound (R)-2-(4-(pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl)piperazin-1-yl)-1H-benzimidazole-4-carboxamide.
