Application
H-Thr(tBu)-OtBu·AcOH is an amino acid derivative, in which Thr represents threonine. This compound is commonly used as a synthetic intermediate in peptide synthesis, for constructing peptides with specific sequences. By using this compound as a synthetic module, it is possible to introduce threonine residues into peptides and modify them. Additionally, H-Thr(tBu)-OtBu·AcOH can also be used in other organic synthesis reactions as a synthetic intermediate for complex molecules.
