Application

 

N'-Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester Hydrochloride (L-NAME) is a derivative of L-arginine that inhibits nitric oxide (NO) production. It exerts multiple effects on the vascular system, including the attenuation of acetylcholine-induced relaxation and the induction of increased arterial blood pressure.
