Application
Drug development: N-ME-D-ALANINE can be used in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition containing basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). When combined with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, this composition can be formulated into powder injection, aqueous solution, or liposome. Each unit of the composition contains bFGF of 0.1~20,000 U and N-ME-D-ALANINE of 1~20 mg. This composition can more effectively protect neural function and promote neural recovery, making it suitable for the treatment of secondary spinal cord injury.
