Application
As an inhibitor of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), H-Ala-Tyr-OH has the activity of inhibiting ACE, which helps to lower blood pressure.
In intravenous nutrition in rats, H-Ala-Tyr-OH has been used as a tyrosine source.
For patients with liver failure, H-Ala-Tyr-OH is an effective tyrosine source for parenteral nutrition.
